One-to-One Coaching

for Medical Professionals

I work with medical professionals who are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, whether that is by general professional issues, personal issues, or going through an acute process, such as investigation by the GMC.

Situations where we are under scrutiny or where our professional integrity is questioned can be hard to handle. Feelings of being personally attacked, questioning ourselves, concern about the future and a whole range of other worries can feel overwhelming.

Whilst you may have the support of the BMA for practical issues, personal support during this time can be extremely valuable.

If it doesn't seem possible to feel calm, optimistic and secure at a time like this - think again! I point my clients to a deeper grounding of who they are, beyond your professional and personal identity.  My booklet: A Guide for Stressed Medical Professionals was written by myself and a client with recent experience of learning to thrive despite being investigated.

If you would like to:

  • feel less stressed
  • sleep better at night
  • be able to present yourself effectively in meetings
  • feel less fearful
  • reduce negative knock-on effects in your personal life
  • see possibilities that currently look impossible

...please reach out to me for a no-obligation, informal conversation in which I can offer you some pointers. If you wish, we can explore whether working together feels right for both of us, but there will be no pressure to do so.

However hopeless you feel, however dire things look, there is always hope.  There is hope for everyone and in every situation.
